A couple of awefull pictures to share
First is one of my 2 white Gold bee's (btw, that cherry isnt dead, its on the black background)

Second is Brotia cf. armata

Note:
The armatas NEVER go on the substrate. the only time ive seen them on it is when i added them, but since then they always stay on the glass which makes feeding a little difficult.
Because of this i dont think they are plant eaters, but if you have a gravel substrate they might venture accross it for a munch.

Id like to get more gold bee's from soewhere in the near future so if anyone knows where then please share Smile

You could try putting flat rocks on the substrate near the glass to see if they moved around on that. It could be that their heavy shells make them fall over on loose substrate.

yeah my snails avoid the substrate more often than not.
I've added a cuttlefish bone that hey wander over, which is a great source of calcium for them
