Edward Scissor Hands ( my new crayfish :D)

This is my second crayfish. He has a totally different temperment to Pinchy ( my crayfish who died a few months ago). Edward is more cheeky and crazy. When he first went into the tank i seen a snail move slowly infront of him, he got up on hind legs waving his claws all over the place then charged at the snail, and kicked it to the other side of the tank :S He hasnt touched a snail since, i am not sure what that was about.. maybe territory. He had his first shed yesterday, soon i am going to hand feed him.
