My new Trapdoors!

I'm very chuffed with these guys, got 3 of them from snailshop & they're huge!

People on the fishkeeping forums aren't really that interested in snails & regard them as pests. I'm the opposite! I was always hoping to get some with plants etc, but never did so I decided to buy some ;D

Here's some close-ups of them - they're doing a great job eating algae & generally looking gorgeous!!!


















Finally, being as these are live bearers, does this look like a baby trapdoor? It could have been a hitchiker that I got with some Mossballs though...



I'm so pleased with these snails & will be moving them across to a brand new 240L tank as soon as my plants & airline stuff arrives!

I expecially like the colour of the skin
